  Vice President of Global Accounts  

Jennifer is a professionally trained dancer. After college, she followed her dream and love of teaching dance and opened her own studios. Eventually her hips didn’t lie (she understands the long-term physical toll on a dancer’s body), and she had to sell her studios. Hotel sales and conference planning were a natural-fit next step with her combined experience and talents. And now, after over a decade with ConferenceDirect, and more than three decades in competitions as both a dancer, teacher, and studio owner, she has the full-scale knowledge and experience to make your indoor sporting event a seamless, profitable experience.  Jennifer lives in Missouri (central time zone).

 Global Project Manager

Sarah has decades of experience in sales, trainer/instructional design, and operations management with major multinational corporations as well as in a hospital setting. She uses her experiences as both a leisure and business traveler to identify the key property features and bid elements that will make them a good partner and fit for any particular event. She played softball for 15 years and is raising 3 baseball players (who also golf, fish, play football, and fight amongst themselves regularly). She loves sports and being outside. Don’t be intimidated by her organization skills and no fluff approach – she uses them to your advantage (whew!)  Lives with husband, kids, dog, and chickens in DFW metro (central time zone).  

Global Project Manager

Emily has danced since age 6.  She has trained in Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip-Hop, Pointe, and Ballet.  She has danced in competitions and also works for a studio - working both management and assisting with teaching.  Emily graduated from Eastern Michigan University with a degree in elementary and early childhood education. Emily has worked for eight years producing dance competitions around the country, so not only does she know what is needed to make your event a success, she understands your challenges and travel needs to help keep your staff and attendees happy.  Emily loves to read and can be found relaxing by the pool.  Her favorite guilty pleasure is reality television.  Emily lives in Detroit (eastern time).

Project Administrator

 Autumn has worked as a travel planner, primarily in the Entertainment Industry, for over 15 years.  A Virgo to the core, she absolutely loves to organize every detail of getting a group from point A to point B. Newer to the dance world, she is learning by fire from her role as a “Dance Mom” to her oldest daughter, and excited to embark on their first competitive season in 2024. As a Mom of two girls, she loves everything frilly and pink. Equally, she loves being outdoors and getting away in the family RV whenever they can, with their 2 dogs in tow.  Autumn & family reside in Meridian, Idaho (mountain time zone).

Global Project Administrator

Melanie has been in the event industry for the past 15 years, working for both Utah State University and doTerra.  These experiences led her to Kenya, Nepal, Costa Rica, and across the US.  Melanie is excited to jump into the dance world and coordinate logistical details for our clients, whether it’s an event for 300 or 30,000 people, she is ready! 

When Mel isn’t updating rooming lists, she can be found spending time with family.  Even after her expansive world travels, her favorite trip will always be to Disneyland with her family.  She lives with her husband Luke and rescue dog Hank in Logan, UT (mountain time zone).

Scott brings a dynamic approach to the role of HR Director and CFO, combining his passion for dance with his years of expertise in finance and human resources.   

Outside of the office, he loves dancing, whether it’s trying out the latest moves or enjoying classic styles. He’s also an outdoor enthusiast who thrives on spending time in nature, from hiking to simply enjoying a day in the sun. A dedicated family man, he cherishes the time he spends with his wife, sharing adventures and making lasting memories with his grandchildren, who affectionately call him Paw Paw.  When Scott is not in the office, the deer woods, or the gym squatting 400lbs, you can find him honing his hobby horse competitive riding skills or making custom cowboy hats.  So when you see this lone ranger on a team stacked with women, call him Paw Paw and ask which is going better - deer hunting or 'horse' riding.

Mikele has spent her life in the dance world – a shy, 4-year-old found something she loved at dance class and never looked back. After obtaining her degree in Business Management and Communications from Boise State University, she spent 16 years producing dance competitions around the country. She has a fine eye for detail and understands what it takes to help you create a successful event from start to finish. Mikele is also a dance fitness and strength training instructor with a passion to help people realize working out should be fun! She fills her free time with family, books, brunch dates with girlfriends, and kitchen dance parties. Mikele lives with her husband and two boys in Boise, ID (mountain time zone).
